Like many of you, I am obsessed with Christmas, the vibes, the food, the decoration… everything! Ever since I’ve adopt plant based diet most of the time in these recent years, I realise I love Christmas even more and one of the biggest joy comes from making this vegan surprising delicious cookies! Healthy, low calories creative cookies packed with all sorts of nutritious whole food, I have the most guilty-free and fulfilling Christmas these years!

With you want the 3 ingredients recipe, this amazing almond cookie is definitely a good place to start! Packed with healthy sugar, it’s gluten free, grain free and paleo friendly! That’s mean you will at least feel less-guilty if you end up binge eating them in 20 minutes! (Trust me, that happens, STAY AWAY from the fridge in the midnight! )
2. Vegan Danish Butter Cookies
Life is too boring to only try the typical round cookies, it’s time to level up and these danish butter cookies are perfect for christmas! I always thought Danish cookies are challenging to make but actually all you need is a cookie press and pipping bag!

Truffle makes things more luxurious and I always feel pampered when I eat truffle chocolate. (Is that even logical?) Plus, this recipe has my another favourite hazelnut so I really have no reason to not trying this!

As much as it’s not as fancy as the snowman or deer cookies, this is the cookies I make all the time! Why? Because it’s made from oatmeal!
