Before adopting the plant-based diet, I can’t imagine how vegan cookie taste like …at all. I always thought vegan cookies will be plain in flavour and boring to eat. Well, 3 years down the road after trying all these cookies out, all I can say is – I can’t be more wrong! Vegan cookies are not only creamy and incredibly moreish to eat, they are packed with the real food that giving us the real nutrients! So if you done with eating empty calories, here are the 10 stupid easy simple vegan cookies recipes for beginners! (or lazy people like me…)
1. 4 ingredient peanut butter cookie
Do you know peanut butter itself can be a really good weight lost booster? (Wait what?)
It’s true! While the most of the peanut butter you bought outside are loaded with artificial sugar, the raw peanut is actually a good source of protein! I’ve tried many peanut cookie and this dairy free recipe is always my favourite! You are telling me I can make this crunchy yummy cookie with only 4 natural ingredients? Hell YES!
Of course, this still contains some sweets and calories, but at least it’s way healthier than the one we buy outside. I mean, life is too short to not eat peanut caramel ever again!
