  • Food Processor


  • 1 lb Firm Tofu
  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3/4 tbsp salt
  • Moderate amount garlic chives
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder


  • Put tofu, nutritional yeast, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt and onion powder into the food processor and blend it until smooth
  • Chop some garlic chives to give it a richer flavour if needed (optional)
